He is the founder of Emprementores™️, a company dedicated to help other companies and entrepreneurs to strengthen and grow their businesses through consulting, advice, process development, innovation and creativity and owners/creators of the term Growth Disruptors™️

He recently founded a technology startup that develops cutting-edge technology supported with Artificial Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence. The latest startup is ZALESMATCH which is an HR-Tech, with the purpose of supporting companies and entrepreneurs in automating and helping them in all their HR processes. And another one, to help Start ups on their initial stages to build, set, pitch and launch their businesses.

He was the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) and Consultant Advisor of a business incubator and accelerator.

He hosts masterminds and events with entrepreneurs, startups and businesses in San Diego and Irvine, California, as well as developing some more online.

His passion for helping businesses succeed, grow and expand has led him to have three master’s degrees in entrepreneurship and he intends to continue learning something new every day of his life.
